Let us muse again today from Matthew 10:3 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text for today we find treasures in the list. We have here a list of the disciples. Philip and Bartholomew are always mentioned together. Most believe that Bartholomew is Nathaniel the one Philip brought to Christ. We always have a strong relationship with those who first introduced us to Christ. Matthew does not fail to mention himself as the publican and tax collector. This title alone magnifies the great treasure of the grace of God that changed this Bible writer’s life.
