Love Stifles Pride

Let us muse today from I Corinthians 13:4 and the sufficiency of Christ’s love. We are looking today at love’s sufficient qualities. I noticed in our text today that love stifles pride. We are told that love vauneth not itself. This means it does not seek the applause of others. It does not puff itself up or lifts itself but esteems others better than themselves. It uses the pronoun I or me very seldom if any at all.
