Let us muse again today from Matthew 5:40 and the theme of Jesus the King. Our Lord today speaks about going to a court of law. He says if one sues you in a court of law give him what he ask for and even more than he ask for. It is better to loose a suite of clothes than to enter into a court for a law suite. It may cost a great self sacrifice but it is better to be avenged for doing right than to be avenged because we are guilty as charged. Our Lord who judges rightly will one day sort it all out.
