Musing Through Matthew- The Hoe Of The Father

Let us muse again today from Matthew 15:13 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our text yesterday we were confronted with the offended people of religion. In today’s text we find the hoe of the Father. Let us remember our Father is the husbandman of the garden. He controls all that goes on in the garden. If our religion is not all of God it will come to end, that end will be destruction. It matters not how beautiful the bloom of religion if the Father didn’t plant it, He will not water or dung it, but root it up. Let us be leery of those who are constantly offended by the teachings of the deeper things of the Word of God, they may not have been planted by the Father.
