Musing Through Matthew- Not Quiet Long

Let us muse again today from Matthew 13:2 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our study for today our Lord finds it is not quiet long. A great multitude gathers around Him to be taught by Him. They press upon Him so hard He launches out into a boat and uses it for pulpit. He sits down and begins to teach them as they stand along the shore. Spurgeon said, the teacher sat and the people stood, we should have less sleeping in our congregation if this arrangement still prevailed.
