Let us muse again today Matthew 12:41 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our study for today our Lord tells us the Ninevites will testify. In the day of judgment all those Ninevites who believed the message of the prophet Jonah and were saved by His grace will testify against those who have rejected the proven story of Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection. What a sobering thought. Jesus is certainly greater than Jonah. This people believed looking forward to Jesus while today people have a hard time believing having the story clearly behind us.
