Let us muse again today from Matthew 12:14 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text for today we see the Pharisees plot to kill the healer. Why would anyone want to kill one who has done so much to help. There are so many in our day who hate the very name of Jesus. They will go to any length to wipe it out. It makes you want to stand on a street corner and sing at the top of your voice, Jesus is the sweetest name I know and He is just the same as His lovely name and that’s the reason why I love Him so for Jesus is the sweetest name I know.
