Musing Through Matthew- Which Is Easier To Say

Let us muse again today from Matthew 9:5 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text He asked the law writers about their thoughts with the question which is easier to say, sins forgiven or rise up and walk. The act of forgiving sins certainly is an impossible work as well as rise up and walk. The sins forgiven is an act that often cannot be verified by the human eye. This is the reason most faith healers deal with what cannot be confirmed by the eye of man. Our Lord has all power to heal as well as forgive sin. I can bring my sin cursed soul as well as my diseased cursed body to Him. My sins are forgiven and even if He does not heal my body of its diseases in this life it shall be healed when I receive a body like unto to the very body of Christ.
