Let us muse again today from Matthew 9:3 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text today after the man with palsy had his sins forgiven the law writers see Jesus but miss God. They dare not say it out loud but in their hearts they say this is blaspheme, the man is in italics telling us man was not in the original. This act of forgiving sins is blaspheme they say. In their teaching they believed only God can forgive sin which is so right. They just missed the fact that Jesus is God. Oh blessed day when I saw that Jesus and the Father where one and the same person.
