Let us muse again today from Matthew 8:23 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text for today we are confronted with the truth that following Him is rough sometimes. The disciples followed our Lord into the boat. They were wise to do so and very safe in His presence but not secure from raging storms of trouble. I’d rather be in a boat with Him in the midst of the storm than sailing on smooth seas and He is not in the boat.
