Let us muse again today from Matthew 7:24-25 and the theme of Jesus King. In our text today our Lord deals with hearing and doing the Word of God. Many will hear but then go their own way. Those who hear and practice the Word of God He likens unto a man who built his house upon a rock. The Bible says the rain fell, the floods came, and the wind blew but the house founded upon the rock fell not. How can this be? It was founded firm upon the Rock of Ages.
