Musing Through Matthew-Antidote For The Poison Of Worry

Let us muse again today from Matthew 6:33 the theme of Jesus the King. In our text for today we find the antidote for the poison of worry. He calls on us to pursue two things. One is the kingdom of God which is His reigning over our life. May our desire be for Him to exhibit the will of heaven in our lives on earth. The second thing to pursue is His righteousness. Paul said Christ is made unto us righteousness. In seeking it we are desiring for Christ to be displayed in and through our lives. Christ said when we pursue these two things all the secondary things we usually worry about will be added unto us.
