Let us muse today from Isaiah 6:1 and the theme of Isaiah’s Christ. We have found in our text that the Lord is sitting as the reigning Christ. This reign is pictured by a throne. Isaiah said he saw Him high and lifted up on this throne. These are not just terms of high or higher but highest. There is nowhere else to go up beyond Him. David said He would have to stoop to look into the heavens. I cannot imagine that a God this big would choose to take up residence in me.
