Declaration Of Sorrow

Let us muse again today from Isaiah 5:2 and the theme of Isaiah’s Christ. We have been looking at the Vineyard which is the church within the church and the sifting work being done by the owner. Yesterday we found it was designed for success but today we find a declaration of sorrow in the fact this Vineyard found a way to fail. It brought forth wild grapes. The phrase wild grapes means the offensive smell of the poisonous remains of a still-born baby. In verse 4 the Vineyard owner asked what more could I have done to make  the Vineyard a success. I did all I could yet they found a way to fail.
