Let us continue to muse today from John 17:11 and the high priestly prayer. In our text today there is a request for honor when our Lord asked His Father to keep us through His name. The indication from our text is that the Father should protect this chosen group because His name is at stake. Our Father will keep us because His name will never be tarnished nor will anyone be able to say He cannot even keep His people.
