Christ A Perceived Foundation

Let us muse again today from I Peter 2:6 Peter’s precious pictures about the precious Jesus and we see Him as a perceived foundation. We are told Jesus is the chief cornerstone. This is not the side stone of the building where the date of its building is written. It is the piece of an arch like the St. Louis arch that holds the two side pieces together. At the top there is a middle section hanging out on nothing that holds it all together. Christ is that part. No wonder Paul said by Him all things consist and are held together. Precious Jesus O for grace to trust you more.
