Let us muse today from I Peter 2:4 Peter’s precious pictures about the precious Jesus and the precious chosen stone. I see in our text some particular truths mention when we are told that man disallowed the stone which means to turn away from after examining. When man rejected the stone God said I have made it my chosen, elect, and living stone. The word living is the word for endless life. I see also precious times mentioned when the stone is mentioned three times. Three is the number for the Trinity or Godhead. In Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily and if He dwells in you, then are you complete needing nothing because you are in Him.
