Exposition About Trials

Let us continue to muse from I Peter 1:6-9 and Peter’s precious pictures. We are looking at precious trails and an exposition about trials. The word exposition means to explain fully so one can understand. Let us look today at an exposition of testimony. In verse six Peter tells us we are to greatly rejoice. At first glance it seems Peter is telling us to rejoice which is jubilant joy and spin around like a top in the midst of our trial. The word wherein refers back to verse five and the last times. Peter tells us we can rejoice in every trial in the fact that it could be the last one and we are headed to a land  where there will be no more trials.
