Let us muse again today from Proverbs 3:15 and past precious pictures from the Proverbs. We are looking in these days at precious wisdom. We bring to our consideration today the appraisal of this wisdom. We are told in the text that this wisdom is more precious than rubies. The text says all I can desire is not taken be compared to it. The word desire means to imagine want or dream of. There is nothing we can imagine or dream that compares in likeness to this wisdom. The Bible says in I Corinthians 1:30 that Christ is made unto us wisdom. No wonder this wisdom was so precious to King Solomon. King Solomon didn’t ask for riches or long life but for the wisdom of God when the Lord told him I’ll give you anything you want.
