Let us muse again today from Proverbs 3:13-15 and past precious pictures and the Proverbs picture of precious wisdom. In our text we find the attributes of precious wisdom. We are told that this wisdom causes one to be blessed. The word blessed has two meanings one of which is happy. It is plural which means happy, happy, happy. The word blessed also means to go forth on a straight level plain that ends on a right conclusion. In verse 14 this wisdom is more precious than gold and silver. In verse 16 we find it gives length of days to those who possess it. In verse 17 it causes one to be at peace and in verse 18 we are told we have quicken, perpetual and endless life if we have His wisdom. The attributes of wisdom seemed to be the same attributes as our God.
