Let us muse again today from Matthew 14:27-30 and Peter’s perception problem. We are looking these days at Peter’s learning of discernment. I want to see in verse 30 of our text that Peter looks around instead of unto Him. He sees the storm and was afraid. The life of living by sight can only produce fear. He immediately began to sink. The sight life always brings us down and the faith life always lifts us up unto Him.
