Obedience, Pleased, Peace, Worship

Let us  muse today from Jonah 1: 14-16 and Jonah’s foolish disobedience in his storm. Today we find some keywords in the story of Jonah that let us see some great truths in his storm. In verse 14 we find the men realized they could no longer fight with God and saw that it was the good pleasure of God for them to throw Jonah in the sea. When they came to a place of  obedience and threw him in the sea  became smooth, peaceful, and calm. In verse 16 they are brought into reverential fear of  Jonah’s God offer a sacrifice and gave the Lord the worship due His name.
