Let us muse today from Zechariah 9: 11-16 and the section I have entitled the coming of the king. The prophet shared with us the Lord’s first and second coming. He now fills in this section we know as the great tribulation which I am calling and attack of gloom. This will not be an earthly attacked from man but an eternal attack from God Himself. In verse 13 God says I will bend my bow. In verse 14 the Lord says He will be seen over them with arrows of lightning, whirlwinds, and a trumpet of triumph. The Lord will be seen destroying one group while protecting His own in verses 15-16. Man has never gone up in a war against God it will not be a pretty out come.
