Let us muse today from Haggai 2: 10-14 and a section I will entitle the call to repentance. The word repentance means to have a change of mind or make 180° turn from sin. In our text they asked the priest if something holy touches something bad will the bad become holy and the priest said no. They then asked if some thing bad touches something holy will the holy become bad and the priest said yes. Holiness is not catching it must be imputed but uncleanness is catching. If you put a rotten apple in a basket of good ones they won’t be good along.
