Let us begin today to muse from Haggai 1:1-15 and the call to rebuild. In verse 1:1a I find the time of the rebuilding. Haggai speaks of king Darius who was the king during the captivity that gave the permission to return and rebuild, he even ordered funds to be given to help for the rebuilding. The date he gave would coincide to our August 29, 520 BC. This would be 2,531 years ago when Haggai preached his message. I am amazed at the accuracy at which our Lord pin points everything He does. He is certainly a God of order.
