Let us muse from Nahum 2:5-13 and the pattern of the fall. Today I turn our attention to the thought Nineveh Falls. In verse five the king assembles his noblemen to plan a last stand to save Nineveh, but they stumble like drunken men. The great nation that has always walked around like a proud lion is now brought to ruin. In verse 10 we find there is a great fear in those who had one day caused great fear in others. In verse 13 we find the one who is behind this all was God when He said, I am against thee. I wondered today if God is declaring He is no longer for America, but against her? If He has our fall is imminent.
