Let us muse today from Nahum 1: 9-11 and verse 14 where we find God’s message to Nineveh. The message is that there fall is sure. In verse 10 God tells them they will be like a bunch of drunken men in a briar patch which has been set on fire. The king of Assyria who is so sure of himself, God gives him a three-fold warning in verse 14. One of the warnings is that you will come to an end and none of your descendents will take your place. The second warning is your gods cannot and will not help you. The third warning God tells him I have already prepared your grave because you’re so evil. Oh how plain God was with His enemies then and He is still the same then, now, and forever more,why He even knows there grave site ahead of time.
